Since I was a little girl, I loved to be in the kitchen — from cutting up a plate of fruit without peeling the inedible skins off at 4, to baking Christmas cookies with my mom and my brother during every Christmas season, I have always found myself in the kitchen, trying new recipes, techniques, and becoming more and more comfortable as I cooked and baked.
When I studied abroad in Europe in 2019, I was exposed to exquisite pastries in countries like England, France, Spain and Italy, and my love for cafes and bakeries has only grown since I spent time overseas. Dolce is inspired by my love to bake, travel, serve others, and share the experience of impeccable dining.
I am a passionate self taught cook and baker with a commitment to making quality, delicious and affordable pastries that will bring smiles to the faces of the people that I serve. Life is short, have the dessert.
